All the apparel in my shop is made to order. Due to this I am not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact info@anjelicaroses.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a replacement at no cost.

Lost Order: Please make sure to check the tracking information before emailing about the location of your package. If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please email info@anjelicaroses.com with your order number.
International Orders: At this time, we are shipping to US, Canada and the UK. If you would like us to ship to your country send an email to info@anjelicaroses.com and we will work to make it happen!
Incorrect Address: Please be sure that the address you entered is correct. If you sent your package to the wrong address, please email info@anjelicaroses.com to issue you a new shipment. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
